Segment Performance in Q2

Sequentially, ACDC’s Stimulation Services revenue increased 6%, while adjusted EBITDA rose 23%, reflecting higher utilization, improving pricing, and stronger operational execution. Proppant Production revenue increased 1%, although adjusted EBITDA declined 3% as pricing pressure offset stable operating volumes.
Manufacturing revenue declined 1%, and adjusted EBITDA decreased 10%, reflecting lower internal equipment demand. Flotek remained the fastest-growing business, with revenue increasing 41% sequentially and adjusted EBITDA surging 69%, driven by higher product demand and continued integration benefits.
FCF Fell Sharply in 1H 2026
Operating cash flow decreased 76% year-over-year in 1H 2026, while free cash flow turned negative during this period. ProFrac maintained its FY2026 capital expenditure guidance of $155-$185 million. It refinanced its revolving credit facility with a new $300 million asset-based lending facility that extends debt maturities and enhances liquidity flexibility. Net debt increased modestly to approximately $1.08 billion, reflecting continued investment through the current market recovery.
